Implementing risk assessment & method statements
Material call off
Issuing Work permits on a daily basis
Site Inductions and file logging site audit reporting
I regularly report back to the Construction manager or MD on a programme and progress on each sub contractor in addition to working closely with architects and others involved in the project.
Full Site Procurement – includes site set up, preparation of the pre-construction documents and site files with preparation site fencing, hoarding & welfare set up.
